Strong understanding/experience of working within a client delivery environment (recruitment or Executive Search particularly interesting).
Experience of having worked in a growing of evolving environment and being able to adjust accordingly.
Across all levels; Corporate partners, Schools, The Board and the wider team.
Ability to grow networks and think strategically about alternative funding opportunities.
Understanding of building a strong digital platform in order to deliver service and raise the profile of the organisation.
Candidates who are currently CEOs or Directors of a Charitable organisation will be considered as well as those moving directly from a commercial organisation.
